Train human resources with theoretical-analytical and operational capacity to understand and act in the different phases of planning and public management.
• To enable understanding of social, economic, political, environmental and cultural realities, at global, national, regional and local levels;
• Analyze historically the definitions and processes of planning and public management, articulating them with the social agents, State, Civil Society, ONGs, International Cooperation and Market;
• Provide and discuss the information cycle for planning and management, and the use of Information and Communication Technologies; and
• Carry out qualitative and quantitative studies capable of providing subsidies for planning and management: diagnosis and analysis of scenarios; preparation of the plan; strategic analysis and feasibility of the plan; implementation; monitoring and evaluation.
