General Goal
Train human resources with theoretical-analytical and operational capacity to understand and act in the different phases of planning and Public Management.
Specific Goals
• Enable understanding of social, economic, political, environmental and cultural realities at global, national, regional and local levels.
• Analyze historically the definitions and processes of public planning and management, articulating them with the social agents, State, civil society, ONGs.

• Encourage and discuss the information cycle for planning and management, and the use of Information and Communication Technologies.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative studies capable of providing subsidies for planning and management: diagnosis and analysis of scenarios; elaboration of plan; strategic analysis and feasibility of the plan; implementation; monitoring and evaluation.
