This is a biannual publication of the Graduate Program in Public Policy of the UECE. This journal publishes original articles in the areas of political science and public policy, appreciating and stimulating transdisciplinary papers that take various theoretical and methodological perspectives. 

The journal Conhecer also publishes thematic issues organized by researchers accredited in related areas. These thematic issues undergo the same selection and review process based on scientific arbitrage as non-thematic issues.

World tensions is devoted to interdisciplinary academic dissemination, publishing papers addressing the theme ‘nations and nationalisms’ and its inherent multifaceted dynamics: the relations between societies and States, the changes in power instruments, and cultural processes. 

Since 2005, the journal has published papers written by the Nationalities Observatory and Brazilian and foreign researchers. Its purpose is renewing the debate on the main political and cultural phenomenon of modernity: the emergence and affirmation of nations and the so-called ‘international order.’

The journal O Público e o Privado (PP) is an academic publication of the Graduate Program in Sociology of the UECE, with a biannual periodicity. It aims at publishing and disseminating papers by national and foreign researchers, results of studies and research, considering the relevance and insertion of this theme in the production of theoretical-empirical knowledge in the areas of human sciences and social sciences. 

The journal aims to promote the production and socialization of academic knowledge through the publication of thematic dossiers, articles, reviews, interviews, and research reports, as well as to encourage the creation, dissemination, and interlocution between thematic networks and groups of researchers belonging to Brazilian and foreign university.
